Format
Bench press only. Round system & flights. There will be
approximately 6 flights, depending upon number of
participants. Lifters can declare whether they will
lift in the Unequipped/Raw category or Equipped category,
but not both.
NOTE:
This is
a natural meet (one year clean of anabolic steroids or strength-inducing
hormones).

Identification
Teens I & II, Juniors, Sub-Masters and
Masters I, II & III should bring proof of age (i.e., birth
certificate, driver's license, etc.) with them in the event
of a dispute regarding their age.
